3. Quotes and Rates

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon inspection
• Final rates will be confirmed before work commences
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complications or additional work requested
• All fees are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

4. Booking and Scheduling

• Services must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our contact form
• We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
• At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• Final payment must be received before we leave the premises
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the work required
• Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time
• Clearing the work area of personal belongings and obstructions
• Providing access to utilities (water, electricity) as needed
• Securing pets during our visit
• Informing us of any hazardous materials or conditions on the property

7. Work Guarantee

• If any defects arise due to our workmanship, we will rectify them at no additional cost
• The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage by third parties
• Materials and products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

8. Liability and Insurance

• We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
• We are not responsible for damage to property caused by defective materials supplied by the customer
• Customers should notify us immediately of any damage or concerns
